אפליקציית RentMate (להלן: "האפליקציה" או "המערכת") מכבדת את פרטיותם של המשתמשים שלה ומחויבת להגן על המידע האישי שהם משתפים איתנו. מדיניות פרטיות זו מפרטת כיצד אנו אוספים, משתמשים ומגינים על המידע שלך בעת השימוש באפליקציה ובשירותים הקשורים אליה.

1. המידע שאנו אוספים והשימוש בו

אנו אוספים מידע במטרה לספק שירות ניהול שכירות מתקדם, אישי ומאובטח. המידע כולל:

מידע פרופיל בסיסי: שם מלא, כתובת אימייל ותמונת פרופיל לצורך זיהוי וניהול החשבון.
פרטי נכסים וחוזים: כתובות נכסים, תאריכי חוזה, סכומי שכירות, תנאי תשלום ופרטי הצמדה למדד.
מסמכים מצורפים: מסמכי חוזה, פרוטוקולי מסירה, חשבונות כלי עזר (חשמל, מים, ארנונה) וצילומי מונה שהמשתמש בוחר להעלות.

גילוי נאות מיוחד לגבי שירותי Google (Google OAuth)

המערכת מאפשרת התחברות ואינטגרציה מאובטחת באמצעות חשבון Google שלך. אנו מבקשים את ההרשאות הבאות ומסבירים בדיוק כיצד נעשה בהן שימוש:

פרופיל בסיסי (Basic Profile & Email): גישה לשם, כתובת האימייל ותמונת הפרופיל שלך. מידע זה משמש באופן בלעדי ליצירת החשבון שלך במערכת, התחברות מהירה ומאובטחת, ושליחת התראות ועדכונים קריטיים לגבי ניהול השכירות שלך.
גישה ל-Google Drive (הרשאת `drive.file`): גישה זו מאפשרת לאפליקציה ליצור תיקייה ייעודית ב-Google Drive האישי שלך. תיקייה זו משמשת לאחסון, גיבוי וטעינה של מסמכי השכירות שלך (כגון חוזה השכירות, פרוטוקולי מסירה, חשבונות חשמל/מים/ארנונה וקבלות). האפליקציה לא ניגשת, קוראת או עורכת שום קובץ אחר ב-Google Drive שלך שאינו נוצר ישירות על ידי האפליקציה או נבחר על ידך במפורש לצורך העלאה למערכת.

2. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים

אנו לא מוכרים, משכירים או משתפים את המידע האישי שלך או את המידע שהתקבל מחשבון ה-Google שלך עם שום גוף שלישי לצרכי פרסום, שיווק, מעקב או מונטיזציה. המידע משמש אך ורק לספק לך את כלי ניהול השכירות באפליקציה.

3. אבטחת מידע

אנו משתמשים באמצעי אבטחה מתקדמים ובשרתים מאובטחים כדי להגן על המידע שלך מפני גישה לא מורשית, שינוי או חשיפה. כל המידע המועבר מהאפליקציה מוצפן באמצעות פרוטוקול SSL/TLS מאובטח.

4. זכויות המשתמש

RentMate ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related web services.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect information to provide you with a smart, secure, and personalized rental management experience. This includes:

Basic Profile Information: Your full name, email address, and profile picture, used to identify you and secure your account.
Property and Lease Details: Property addresses, contract dates, rent amounts, payment terms, and index linkage preferences.
Uploaded Documents: Lease contracts, handover protocols, utility bills (electricity, water, property tax), and meter photos that you choose to upload.

Special Disclosure Regarding Google Services (Google OAuth)

RentMate allows you to authenticate and integrate with your Google Account. Here are the specific scopes we request and exactly how they are used:

Basic Profile & Email (`userinfo.profile`, `userinfo.email`): We request access to your basic profile (name, email address, and profile photo) solely to create your RentMate account, facilitate secure login, and send you critical updates and notifications regarding your leases.
Google Drive Access (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file`): This permission allows the App to create a dedicated folder inside your personal Google Drive to backup, upload, and save your rental documents (such as lease contracts, handover protocols, utility bills, and receipts). RentMate **does not** read, access, or edit any other files in your Google Drive. We only access files created by our App or explicitly selected and uploaded by you.

2. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We **do not** sell, trade, rent, or share any of your personal data (including any data retrieved from your Google Account) with third parties for advertising, tracking, profiling, or promotional purposes. Your data is strictly used to render the rental management services provided by the App.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. All communication between the App and our servers is fully encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You can update your profile, delete uploaded files, or request complete deletion of your account and personal data from our servers at any time. You may also revoke the App's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Security Settings.
