בעצם ההרשמה, ההתחברות או השימוש בשירות, הנך מאשר כי קראת, הבנת והסכמת להיות כפוף לתנאי שימוש אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.
RentMate מספקת מערכת טכנולוגית לניהול יחסי שכירות, מעקב תשלומים, חישוב הצמדה למדדים, הפקת פרוטוקולי מסירה, הפקת טיוטות חוזה וניהול מסמכים. החישובים והפקת המסמכים הינם כלי עזר טכנולוגי בלבד ואינם מהווים ייעוץ משפטי, פיננסי, מיסויי או מקצועי. האחריות על בדיקת נכונות החישובים, התאמת החוזה לחוק וההסכמות בין הצדדים חלה על המשתמש בלבד.
כדי להשתמש בחלק מתכונות השירות, עליך להירשם וליצור חשבון. הנך מתחייב לספק מידע מדויק, שלם ועדכני. הנך האחראי הבלעדי לשמירה על סודיות פרטי ההתחברות שלך ולכל פעילות המתבצעת בחשבונך. התחברות באמצעות צדדים שלישיים (כגון Google Sign-In) כפופה לתנאי השימוש ומדיניות הפרטיות של אותם צדדים שלישיים.
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא (As-Is) וללא התחייבות או אחריות מכל סוג שהוא. RentMate לא תהיה אחראית לכל נזק ישיר, עקיף, מקרי או תוצאתי הנובע משימוש בשירות, טעויות בחישוב המדדים, אי-דיוקים בחוזים המופקים, אובדן נתונים, או בעיות טכניות בשירות.
אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לעדכן או לשנות את תנאי שימוש אלו בכל עת. שינויים מהותיים ייכנסו לתוקף עם פרסומם באתר או באפליקציה. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר פרסום התנאים המעודכנים מהווה הסכמה מצדך לתנאים החדשים.

RentMate provides technological tools for managing rental properties, tracking payments, calculating index-linkage, generating property handover protocols, producing lease contract drafts, and managing documents. All calculations and document generation serve as technological aids only and do **not** constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of calculations and ensuring the contract complies with applicable laws.
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Authentication via third parties (like Google Sign-In) is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
The Service is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind. RentMate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, errors in index calculations, inaccuracies in generated contracts, data loss, or system downtime.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting to our app or website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
